Located off Highway 61 in White Bear Lake, the White Bear Superstore experienced rapid growth and needed to update its employee facilities. G5 Construction provided design-build, pre-construction, project, and on-site management of the construction of the update of their new facilities. G5's scope included; gutting and refinishing employee lunchrooms, bathrooms, locker rooms, and existing hallways leading into the sales floor.
