G5 Construction partnered with the City of White Bear Lake to renovate 2,500 square feet of vacant second-floor space within White Bear Lake City Hall. The renovation transformed the area into a functional and welcoming home for the Finance Department, including new offices, a conference room, and a customer service area. In addition, G5 completed a dedicated mother’s and quiet room on the lower level, thoughtfully designed with dimmable lighting, custom millwork, and appliances to support employee comfort and wellbeing.
