The remodel included modern interior upgrades, such as new fixtures, wood flooring, and a refreshed bathroom, along with garage improvements featuring epoxy flooring for multi-functional use. The exterior was transformed with new storefronts, a bold black-and-white façade, and integrated lighting, enhancing both curb appeal and visibility. This renovation not only restored the building’s functionality but also increased its commercial viability, attracting leasing interest and expanding its potential uses. Once a forgotten structure, it now serves as a modern, adaptable space that enhances the dealership’s presence and contributes to the local business landscape.
