Nelson Defense Group is law firm dedicated to criminal defense. Recently moving to the Carnegie library building located in Hudson, WI, they were in need of historic renovation. Partnering with Studio EA for architecture, G5 Construction restored and modernized this 1903 office space with improvements to restrooms, break rooms, private offices, mock-trial and pod-case rooms. This project also required asbestos remediation, underground sanitary clay tiling, and extensive landscaping for store water. Because of the age of building, this 5,490SF space presented some challenges. G5 kept the owners informed daily and provided multiple solutions and site meetings to keep our client informed and involved.
