For the build-out of Mac's Diner, located on the corner of 7th and Margaret in North St. Paul, the new 2,400 SF diner pays homage to the old Mac's Dinette that used to stand in its place 20 years ago. Thoughtfully designed by Shea Inc., the diner features bar stools, local photos of years passed, and the original red and blue neon sign that once hung out front of Mac's Dinette. Mac's Diner serves a hearty breakfast menu, twists on classic diner favorites, and creative craft cocktails!

G5 Construction's team relied upon its excellent relationships with trade partners to fast-track this project on a 14-week schedule. In addition, G5 worked with the client to successfully guide the material and supply chain shortages to hit budgets and schedules, helping Mac's Diner to open in the summer of 2022.
