As Element Indoor Golf continued its expansion, the brand sought a new, high-end location to bring its state-of-the-art golf simulation experience to Burnsville. G5 Construction, in collaboration with Thielen & Green, brought this vision to life through a thoughtfully designed and expertly executed tenant improvement project. The 14,300-square-foot space features 12 cutting-edge golf simulator bays, including two private suites, a custom reception area, a green, full bar, commercial kitchen, and staff support spaces. The project prioritized high-end millwork and finishes to create an upscale, immersive environment for golf enthusiasts. Delivered under a design-build MEP + fire suppression approach, this project leveraged complete BIM modeling for early design review, project coordination, and clash detection—minimizing field changes and streamlining the construction timeline. The integration of advanced golf simulator technology, including the latest screens and swing plates, ensures a top-tier experience for patrons. With seating for 30 at the bar and a fully equipped kitchen, Element Indoor Golf Burnsville offers more than just a place to practice swings—it’s a premier destination for golf, dining, and social experiences.
